Introducing #Liftyourspirit

In Search of the Entrepreneurial Spirit

As we’re writing this, a few passioned people have just presented the Belgian Startup Manifesto – aka #bestartupmanifesto – to the world. It is a call to our government(s) for – and a compass towards – more and better Entrepreneurship in Belgium.

The series we’re about to embark on carries the same genes. Rather than a Manifest for Entrepreneurs however, it aspires to document of the “Entrepreneurial Spirit” in Brussels and beyond.

Be it in Technology, Design or Civic Society, we want to lift part of the veil on the entrepreneurial mindset that all interviewees share. What drives them to do what they do, what are the difficult decisions they face in doing so? What are their moments of reflection?

And of course – Apex being all about Coffee & Tea – what role does coffee play in all of this?

Introducing The #liftyourspirit series: Alexis Safarikas, Listminut

Our first victim: Alexis Safarikas, co-founder of Listminut, a thriving Belgian Startup in the Sharing Economy. He’ll share his thoughts on entrepreneurship, inspiration – and coffee!
